Merchant Capital Limited has established Merchant Funds plc, a Dublin based, UCITS III umbrella. This combines the extensive experience of the management team in managing alternative fund structures with a cost-effective entree into UCITS III.
As investment manager, Merchant will appoint the client as adviser of sub-manager of a sub-fund (“Cell”). This Cell will be managed in line with the client’s wishes whilst Merchant manages the oversight, administration, processing and regulatory functions.
