ARTA II is built on Microsoft’s .NET Framework, is designed for Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and Microsoft SQL Server 2008, and integrates with Exchange Server 2007 and Office Communications Server 2007.

Available in the spring of 2008, ARTA II supports a wide range of protocols including IMS (SIP and DIAMETER), SS7, MAP, CAP and others. It also includes a software development kit to enable rapid customization and partner development of add-on solutions.
